Refund policy

Changed your mind? No problem. Our returns policy means you can return an item within 14 days of when you received it. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unusual event you receive a damaged or faulty item your return postage costs will be refunded to you, please include a copy of your receipt for this. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt. We may require proof of damages such as photos of of the product or damaged packaging in order to process a refund or arrange a replacement. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders or returns from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behaviour.
